Idea projektu

The Mixed-Use Architecture is designed in collaboration with MORI
CASA brand was established in 2006 by Mao-Sen, Jiang. The
brand's philosophy was based on its vision of “Man-made nature”
Where interior space is conceived as a natural environment that binds
with people’s life. The aim was to create an architecture that abides with the brand identity while establishing a new commercial and hospitality building era.

Popis projektu

The design proposes a form of “Man-made ecosystem” by remixing
and reconnecting multiple different programs with nature itself (green
public space). The complex consisting a hotel, office, and commercial
space is packed into 2 major masses with interconnecting bridges and
open public space and plazas.

The design of the complex is intended to accommodate public space as its core concept, comprising multiple layered parks, gardens, and plaza areas making it a pedestrian and local-friendly complex both serving the locals and tourists arriving in Tainan city. A Civic and Environmentally responsible design with a focus on people's quality of life.

Technické informace

The building in the project mainly adopts SS (Steel Structure) system with SRC (Steel Reinforced Concrete) as its foundation and basement structure. Enabling the building to have smaller pillars and beams with an even longer span between posts. This structure system is appropriate to accommodate large-scale development and provide flexible and modular interior spaces.
