here is no doubt that craft beer brewing as a phenomenon has started to develop at an insane rate throughout Europe and the world in the past few years. Many statistics indicate that the jump is so drastic that the number of these businesses has practically doubled since the beginning of the 21st century. With the establishment of such numerous - fragmented brewing businesses, especially in Belgrade, it must be acknowledged that there is no centrality and communal organization present (that connects the entire industry in one place).

By forming a center that unites not only the beer brewing craft but additionally provides accompanying activities and aspects of the phenomenon - a program would be offered within a dynamic, modern, multi-purpose space that would possess architectural quality both in organization and form.

The aim of this work is to summarize the thorough research and conceptual settings, as well as the application of the topic of beer brewing in Belgrade, at Savamala along the river promenade.
