The concept of an apartment building
The idea of the project is to create a comfortable space for recreation and leisure of a person.
A building in the style of constructivism and modernity with a parametric grid that emphasizes the architectural expressiveness of the building and allows it to best fit into the environment.

Popis projektu

For the project of an apartment building, I chose a steep river bank on which I located an apartment building, a sports ground, a pier for boats, an amphitheater, as well as a playground for children and a walking area.
The building has an unusual shape due to the parametric grid. The grid allows you to change the shape of the building while maintaining the typical floor layout, it simplifies construction and emphasizes the architectural expressiveness and attractiveness of the building. At night, the grid is illuminated.
The first floor of the building is reserved for a public area for residents of the house. It has a winter garden, a gym, a children's playroom, and various storage and household premises. On the second and third floors there are single-level apartments, as well as the second and third floors have access to the terrace. Starting from the 4th floor, the apartments are two-level, each level has its own exit to the hall.
Each floor has 2 fire exits to smoke-free stairs. The building also has 4 elevators, one of which is fire. A feature of the interior of the building is a light well that creates a unique atmosphere of public space.
A feature of the exterior of the building, in addition to the parametric grid, is the use of non-standard forms of window openings and decorative elements emphasizing their shape. The non-standard color palette is also designed to emphasize the decorative elements of the building.
Due to the features of the relief, the building is located on a platform. The platform includes parking and a walking area.

Technické informace

The load-bearing structures in my project are made of monolithic reinforced concrete.
The main load-bearing structures are the outer frame of the building - the thickness of the walls is 500 mm (together with insulation, thermal insulation - 100 mm), stair-lifting units - 400 mm (create the core of the building's rigidity), as well as pylons 600 * 2000 and columns with a diameter of 650
