Idea projektu

Project idea.
The compositional and planning structure and spatial solution of the complex are based on three main ideas:
1) A single pedestrian axis forms a perspective perception of all the objects of the complex, and also unites all the route options provided in each of the five buildings.
2) The introduction of stylized spatial landmarks – domes based on various prototypes into the architecture. Reinterpretation of archaic and monumental forms allows us to emphasize the planned nature of the complex. In this case, the silhouette becomes the business card of the object. This idea arose due to the context of the historical development of the Starocherkassk rural settlement.
3) To understand the planning structure, we turned to the device of Roman baths, and the Hypocaust system was introduced into the project as heating.
The project is formed from the translation and layering of various archetypes of architecture to create a unique space.

Идея проекта.
В основе композиционно - планировочной структуры и объемно - пространственного решения комплекса заложены три основные идеи:
1) Единая пешеходная ось формирует перспективное восприятие всех объектов комплекса, а также объединяет все варианты маршрутов, предусмотренных в каждом из пяти зданий.
2) Внедрение в архитектуру стилизованных пространственных ориентиров – куполов, основанных на различных прототипах. Переосмысление архаичных и монументальных форм позволяет подчеркнуть плановый характер комплекса. В данном случае силуэт становится визитной карточкой объекта. Данная идея возникла благодаря контексту исторической застройки Старочеркасского сельского поселения.
3) Для осмысления планировочной структуры обратились к устройству римских терм, а в качестве отопления в проект была внедрена система «Гипокауст».
Проект формируется из трансляции и наслоения различных архетипов архитектуры для создания уникального пространства.

Project description.
This project "Gostiny Dvor" is a SPA complex consisting of five objects. Each building has a unique function. These are large swimming pools and fonts, baths and steam rooms, treatment rooms, as well as a shopping area and a food court. The task of the complex is the development of tourism in the Rostov region.
The priority was the formation of a comfortable environment and a common pedestrian route passing through all sections.

Данный проект «Гостиный двор» представляет собой СПА – комплекс, состоящий из пяти объектов. Каждое здание имеет уникальную функцию. Это большие плавательные бассейны и купели, бани и парные, процедурные кабинеты, а также зона торговли и фудкорт. Задачей комплекса становится развитие туризма в Ростовской области.
Приоритетным стало формирование комфортной среды и общего пешеходного маршрута, проходящего через все участки.

Technické informace

Technical information.
The SPA complex includes five facilities designed to receive a large number of tourists. On the territory of the first object there are three largest swimming pools of the complex (M1 = 600m3; M2 = 660 m3; M3 = 770 m3), this building is designed for family holidays. In the second object there are baths with different temperature regimes, visitors are elderly people who want to improve their health. On the second object there is a water tower. The third building involves the placement of a mud clinic for rejuvenation, there are also retail spaces for the sale of cosmetics. On the territory of the fourth object there is a boiler room providing heating of the complex. The fifth object includes showroom premises for the demonstration and sale of goods.
The territory is located in Starocherkassk rural settlement of the Rostov region

Техническая информация.
В СПА – комплекс, входят пять объектов, рассчитанных на прием большого количества туристов. На территории первого объекта расположены три самых больших бассейна комплекса (V1 = 600м³; V2 = 660 м³; V3 = 770 м³), данное здание рассчитано на семейный отдых. Во втором объекте находятся бани с разными температурными режимами, посетители – пожилые люди, которые хотят укрепить здоровье. На втором объекте находится водонапорная башня. Третье здание предполагает размещение грязелечебницы для омоложения, также имеются торговые пространства для продажи косметики. На территории четвертого объекта находится котельная обеспечивающая отопление комплекса. Пятый объект включает в себя помещения шоурума для демонстрации и продажи товаров.
Территория расположена в Старочеркасском сельском поселении Ростовской области
