This project is a mixed development which combine office, SOHO, commercial and health centre. This project consist of 2 towers with different height for SOHO and office. 5 storey podium for commercial and entertainment

The project is located in Queensbay Bayan Lepas Penang, Malaysia. The site is infront of the waterfront. Due to the covid and urban location, a sustainable and green architecture is implement in the project

the tower is using diagrid system which give a dynamic and curvy look to the shape of the tower. The curtain wall is used to maximize the view toward the surrounding
