Idea projektu

We have developed the improvement of three sites
located along the coastline along the Izhora and Bolshaya Izhora rivers,
in Ust-Izhora. For the design areas, it is the development
of yachting that is relevant, since there are already prerequisites for such
a type of entertainment on this territory: this includes a berth-parking lot with a length of more than 130 m, an
existing yacht club, and a repair base for river vessels.
A large number of competitions and festivals are also held here. Ust-Izhora is supposed
to be a new point of attraction.
The main connection between the sections is assumed to be a river route.

Popis projektu

During the development of all architectural structures, steel I-beams and struts were taken as a basis, which are constructive an element and,at the same time, a reference and connection to the history of the place. These are structures that were often used at ship factories that previously occupied the territory of Ust-Izhora. Thus, we can say that the new architecture of this place fits into its history. For the concept, take the technique of taking out the supporting elements (supports) outside. The pillars and beams themselves, being separate structures, already create a visible volume, into which another external coating of the building is introduced. The restaurant building is a volume of steel structures with a gable roof and glazing, which fits into another cubic volume, which also has a steel skeleton lined with metal. Further, other gyms, interest clubs, a conference hall and a hotel are strung on this main volume
