Riešenie prieluky na Štúrovom námestí v Trenčíne

Idea projektu

Na prázdnej nevyužívanej parcele v centre mesta Trenčín je navrhnutá dostavba bloku. Novonavrhnutá budova bude slúžiť primárne ako
co-working centrum, kde budú umiestnené pracovné stoly, kreatívne pracovné kútiky, zdieľaná tlačiareň a zasadacia miestnosť. Prízemie
bude slúžiť pre širšiu verejnosť, ktorá budú môcť využívať kafetériu a mestskú čitáreň spolu s nádvorím.

On the empty unused plot in the center of Trenčín, the completion of the block is proposed. The newly designed building will serve primarily as
a co-working center with work desks, creative work areas, a shared printer and a meeting room. Ground floor
will serve the general public, who will be able to serve the cafeteria and the city reading room along with the courtyard.

Popis projektu

Keďže sa jedná o dostavbu bloku, tak novonavrhnutá budova svojim konštrukčným a architektonickým riešením zapadá do daného územia.
Rešpektuje okolitú zástavbu historického centra a nepôsobí rušivo. Navrhovaný objekt sa nachádza v historickom jadre mesta Trenčín na
severnej strane Štúrovho námestia. Orientácia pozemku ponúka výhľady na všetky dominanty mesta. Južná časť pozemku sa nachádza v
mieste, od ktorého sa začína pešia zóna. Z východnej strany pozemku sa nachádza synagóga, ktorá slúžila na príležitostné výstavy umenia,
avšak v dnešnej dobe je zatvorená kvôli zlému stavu. Zo severnej časti pozemku sa nachádza budova mestskej polície. Zo západu je
pozemok ohraničený štítovou stenou objektu obchodu a služieb.

Since it is a completion of the block, the newly designed building with its structural and architectural solution fits into the area.
It respects the surrounding buildings of the historic center and does not cause disruption. The proposed building is located in the historic center of Trenčín on
the northern side of Štúrovo Square. The orientation of the land offers views of all the landmarks of the city. The southern part of the land is located in
the place from which the pedestrian zone begins. From the east side of the plot there is a synagogue, which was used for occasional art exhibitions,
however, it is closed today due to its poor condition. From the northern part of the plot is the city police building. It's from the west
land bounded by a gable wall of a trade and services building.

Technické informace

Návrh rešpektuje existujúcu zástavbu zo základných proporcií objektu. Hmota je prirodzene tvarovaná na základe historických analýz a
súčasného stavu pozemku. Budova má dve nadzemné podlažia a podkrovie. Rešpektuje sklon strechy vedľajšej budovy. Na šikmej streche
sa nachádza betónová krytina tmavošedej farby. Plochá strecha je riešená ako zelená, ktorá bráni nadmernému prehrievaniu strechy. Z
kafetérie je cez veľké zasklenie výhla? na synagógu. Mestská čitáre? je prepojená s exteriérom, kde sa nachádza malé nádvorie s listnatými
stromami a oddychovou zónou. Fasáda je zdobená štruktúrovanou omietkou bielej farby. Objekt rešpektuje a podporuje existujúcu zele? na
pozemku. Celkové architektonické riešenie je inšpirované zástavbou v danej lokalite v minulosti. Svojím hmotovým riešením tak zapadá do
zástavby a svojím čistým tvarom a jednoduchými líniami reflektuje svoje dianie v interiéri.

Budova je riešená ako železobetónová stavba s vnútornými murovanými priečkami. Pozdĺžny nosný systém zabezpečuje tuhosť a nosnosť
celej stavby. Šikmá strmá strecha je taktiež riešená ako železobetónová s betónovou krytinou. Plochá strecha, na ktorej sa nachádzajú
svetlíky a otvor pre vstup na strechu je riešená ako zelená. Obvodový plášť budovy, ktorý pozostáva zo železobetónu hrúbky 250 mm je
zaizolovaný tepelnoizolačnou vrstvou EPS Baumit openPLUS hrúbky 180 mm. Základovú konštrukciu tvoria základové pásy.

The design respects the existing buildings from the basic proportions of the building. The mass is naturally shaped on the basis of historical analyzes and
the current state of the land. The building has two floors and an attic. It respects the slope of the roof of the outbuilding. On a sloping roof
there is a dark gray concrete covering. The flat roof is designed as green, which prevents the roof from overheating. FROM
The cafeteria is viewed through a large glazing synagogue. The city's reading room is connected to the exterior, where there is a small courtyard with deciduous trees
trees and rest area. The facade is decorated with textured white plaster. The object respects and supports the existing greenery
land. The overall architectural solution is inspired by buildings in the area in the past. With its material solution it fits into
buildings and with its clean shape and simple lines reflects its events in the interior.

The building is designed as a reinforced concrete structure with internal masonry partitions. The longitudinal support system ensures rigidity and load-bearing capacity
the whole building. The sloping steep roof is also designed as a reinforced concrete with a concrete covering. The flat roof on which they are located
skylights and the entrance to the roof is designed as green. The perimeter of the building, which consists of reinforced concrete 250 mm thick is
insulated with EPS Baumit openPLUS thermal insulation layer 180 mm thick. The foundation structure consists of foundation strips.
