Idea projektu

The architectural solution we thought of aims to give an answer according to the site and its immediate surroundings, taking into account also the general context in which it is inserted.

Popis projektu

We can see the silhouette of several office buildings that have appeared in recent years and the first problem was how to integrate the new silhouette of the proposed tower in the existing image. The answer was a P + 17, to be perceived by its presence as an urban landmark both in height and architectural plastic, and its position in the plan marks the most important point of the site, namely the corner generated by the intersection of Buzesti and Doctor Dimitrie Sergiu street.

Technické informace

The access to the office spaces is made from Buzesti road, and the office building is formed with a central structural node, where the elevators and the escape routes are located.
