Idea projektu

The general idea of the project started when I saw the architectural plan, I immediately imagined a work-space, open-space with 2 floors and many rest areas.
Then overnight I imagined the general ceiling, from which the whole design started. In Moldova, namely in Chisinau, there are no large civil buildings that will allow us to create such a big project. So for the base was chosen the plan of an industrial building with an imposing area that served in the Soviet Union as a tractor factory.
It was proposed to change the complete destination of the building, and transform it from an industrial construction into an imposing workspace. For our Country being a step in the development of infrastructure and plus a special view in the collection of Moldova.

Popis projektu

The purpose of this project is defined by the situation in the Republic of Moldova, namely the lack of jobs due to the fact that most young people choose to study IT, later graduating from university can not find a job or internship.

IT is one of the future professions, which will never lose its value, nowadays practically all contemporary technologies are based on information technologies but for their development in Moldova it is declining to create land for gathering or uniting students and professionals in order to collaborate and cooperate. Even in the field of interior design and not only, it is currently practiced technologies that have not reached us in the Country, but they already exist, such as (Smart homes).

People interact with their house by voice, controlling the temperature and light and many other activities that take place in a house. So IT is the basis of all contemporary technologies that will not lose its relevance decades before. And we as designers can contribute to the development of this event by building constructions in the most original and interesting way from all points of view.

The staff of a company is the main factor that affects the economic situation of the company. The project proposes ideas that will promote and motivate social activities among employees, creating a relaxing and warm atmosphere, which will later increase the company's productivity and efficiency.

So the socio-psychological adaptation combines in itself the need to meet the requirements of society taking into account their own needs, motives and interests. As I mentioned before, we tend towards extraversion, I come up with the idea of open-space where several styles will be combined to reach a welcoming atmosphere like at home.

The biophilic style that will be present in this project, which will create a direct connection with nature, being a very important element in an interior acting positively psychologically on the human mood. But unfortunately often neglected in the interiors.

Natural plant decoration, greenery will take place in the given project to obtain an organic environment and to offer immense freedom to employees.
The idea of open-space comes from abroad and inspired by original and harmonious projects. The purpose of this concept is to bring people together, to stop social anxiety which is a current and widespread problem today. What can be a difficult problem, a barrier in personal development and professional career.

So open-space comes with the idea of increasing communication, of minimizing stress and anxiety in public social situations. As a result we will obtain a productive, positive, open and orderly STAFF.
Also the aim is to create a company with a design that will become a special sight for tourists and sponsors from different countries, which will receive a wide range of activities that in turn will involve professionals and students, to gain new experience and knowledge.

Technické informace

The resistance structure is with framed skeleton and reinforced concrete, it is one of the most commonly used types of structure in the industrial field.
It consists of a basic vertical and horizontal spatial system (frames). The frames can be made of fully or partially prefabricated monolithic reinforced concrete, or metal.
The frames are arranged in two orthogonal directions, which in turn correspond to the main axes of the construction. In such structures, the walls have only the role of compartmentalization, closing, thermal and acoustic insulation.
The floors rest on the frame rulers (beams). The structure itself includes pillars, main beam (beam), beam (foundation), foundation beam, foundation sole, transverse frames, logitudinal frames.
The advantage of this resistance structure is flexibility. Exterior walls can be demolished and even replaced at any time, and in addition it has a very good resistance to earthquakes and landslides.
The building with the present structure is classified as a high-class building with a degree of fire resistance and durability, also complies with the technical requirements with reference to the concept of construction safety and human health at work.

The exterior walls are raised from concrete blocks "YTONG" δ = 400mm, (400x300x600), is a high quality construction material designed for the design of masonry structures in all types of constructions: housing, industrial construction, closures to multi-storey configurations with compositions of reinforced concrete, in accordance with the regulations in force. YTONG A + masonry blocks have thermal and sound insulation capacity, subsequently the costs for heat and additional applications for wall heating will be reduced.

The interior partition walls are made of "YTONG" plaster blocks δ = 100mm (600x200x100).

The glass mounted walls are made of the fixed type with a thickness of 10mm. It is an ideal option for offices especially open-space. Having transparency, the ability to visually enlarge the room, sound insulation and safety in operation.

When making the second floor, I used a monolithic concrete floor poured in lost corrugated sheet metal formwork. The poured concrete floor on a pleated cover, where the cover acts as a lost pattern, but also has a high tensile strength. It is placed in the lower limit and opposes excellently and constantly the tensile force on that side of the floor.
This bar will contribute to the reinforcement of the concrete in the given area. After that, a reinforcement mesh will be developed to reinforce the upper part of the floor. This type of floor is useful when building hundreds of meters of surface on a single level as we have in our case 1,375 m².
It is often used in commercial or office spaces. The low weight of the floor favors the construction at quite high heights using only metal structures.
As a resistance structure and support of the floor we used continuous metal columns with a maximum lifting capacity of 20 tons. Being characterized by resistance to bending, rigidity and extremely long life durability. This type of column contains 2 branches: basic bearing and crane.

The project was designed according to the norms established by the legislation:

NCM C.01.07 :2018;
NCM C.04.04 :2015;
