Idea projektu

House in slope for two generation family in Prague. The building is designed in accordance with original terrain morphology and in tune with the neighbourhood. The south sun was highly preferred and comfort with many terraced and outdoor places too. The façade is dynamic vertical.

Popis projektu

The plot is situated between two Prague district Podolí and Braník, in the foothills of Branicke Skaly. Although a height difference on the plot is almost 14 meters and a hillside is oriented to west-north direction, all bedrooms have sunshine from the south and direct entrance to a terrace, a balcony or an enclosed balcony. Two-floor house with a basement attract attention with his dynamic and vertical expression, wood elements and terraced garden. The building is designed in accordance with original terrain morphology and in tune with the neighbourhood. Environmental
materials and renewable resources are preferred. Elongated lights and views to different sides
dominate interior design.

Technické informace

The house construction is made with reinforced concreate and there were used wood-fibre isolation system with simple, but minimalistic white plaster. The concreate is fill between cement-timber board which will stay in construction after hardening.
