ECOSUN Terrace Heaters are designed specially for the zonal heating of winter gardens, closed or roofed balconies and terraces, loggias, garden tents, churches, etc. These are outdoor applications where panels are protected against direct contact with the weather effects and rain. As ECOSUN TH panels have a significantly lower surface temperature than halogen heaters, they do not radiate unwanted light when in operation. On the other hand, halogen heaters are able to operate at the lower ambient temperatures. It is realistically possible to use panels at temperatures as low as +5 to +10°C; at lower temperatures the lamellas will become very cold and the heat they radiate will be almost unnoticeable.

Electric radiant heating is an energy-efficient choice that sets a green foundation for the whole household and provides several eco-friendly advantages.
Studies show that when heating objects and people up to 20-22°C using a radiant flow, it is possible to ensure thermal comfort at the air temperatures of 18-19 °C already, which results in an energy saving of at least 18-24%.
In certain applications radiant heating panels can be used for the zone heating - targeted warming of people in the indoor areas – halls, warehouses, benches in the churches – and achieve more than 50% savings on heating costs compared to other methods of heating.
The possibility to fast and accurately control the heat sources is another extremely important benefit, which makes electric heating systems so energy efficient and sensitive to both heat losses and heat gains. Another consumption savings lay here.
Electric heating can be used with renewable energy resources, which become more and more accessible each year.
An average 20+ years life span of the panels – these products are not for “single-use” and respect the environment.
The last, but not the least, is the fact that our own factories are fully electrified, have the large-capacity battery storage together with the powerful FVE and do not produce Greenhouse Gases.
Installation should be made based on the installation manual.
Panels should not face the rain/snow and should be used in at least partly closed space.
The minimum height at which such panels can be installed is 1.8m above the floor (the lower edge of the panel); for panels installed on the ceiling, there must be a min. gap of 30cm between the ceiling and the upper edge of the panel.
The surface of panels and heating lamellas is matt black in colour and the panels are equipped with a two-meter connection cable with a plug. The panels also come with tiltable mounting brackets for wall mounting at an angle.
