Your urban analysis is comprehensive and well-illustrated, successfully informing us about the issues surrounding the canal. On that note, the constant use of analytical sections and annotated diagrammatic plans of the urban fabric is a very good strategy. Indeed, your proposition would purge the area of many sorts of pollution and revitalise the area with activities that would give more ‘right to the city’ to people than to motorised vehicles. This is a sensible thing to do in urban design. …

Although the project documents are not very complete, the formal approach to the project seems appropriate. The continuity of topographic lines in the project is a positive point that can be an interesting theme for this project at the edge of the border. The way people interact at the borders of countries can be noticed with more contrast.

Firstly, I would like to congratulate the project and for tackling such an important topic in these times as the revitalisation of degraded areas. It has been a pleasure to analyse this project and it points in the right direction to exploit the potential of a neglected area in the city centre. Bringing a degraded part of the city back to life and complementing it with new functions is a very good direction in creating multifunctional facilities in areas in need of revitalisation. It's amazing to see such intensive work and its attempt to conceptualize and materialize the complex phenomena of urban-rural integration. The whole process could have included more engagement from the residents of rural and urban and their interactions. The proposals are also very much based on building infrastructures, could it have avenues to integrate nature by open spaces through the typologies for spatial re-organization? I appreciate the thorough analysis and volume of work, it's…

I appreciate the idea of emphasizing the usage of the park by 'families', it promotes family spirit in an era where people are better left alone by themselves. The choice of curvature in designing the built forms and pathways surely reveals its relation to the existing and natural features. The 2D (plans) drawings show a merge with nature, however, I believe the three-dimensional expressions could have been more submissive; aligning parallel with the contour lines that exist could have made it…
