Hi dear Cristian Fernando Martínez The idea of rehabilitating an old path and changing its use to improve the quality of space and neighborhood is always interesting and of course challenging. of course In this road, it should be noted that if there is a diagonal path, how are the uses created along the path related to the second and third layers, and if the diagonal path is added to the space, which uses it passes through, which is worth halving Have a neighborhood. These creative and also provocative ideas, provide insights into the issue of land scarcity and urban farming! The design of the floating platforms for the building on the water, not only focuses on its function but is also interesting in hexagon visual composition. The buildings above the platforms can accommodate various people's activities. The configuration allows the best view and visibility for the user to the surrounding environment. The project in terms of Architecture seems to me well achieved, it covers a need. Now, in terms of form, aesthetics and style, you chose orthogonal clean lines and neutral tones over an environment where the natural is predominant. The Natural represents curves and movement, there are no straight lines. Following this premise, my recommendation in terms of Architecture is to seek a more noticeable integration between both extreme concepts. The style is well achieved in terms of aesthetics and…

COMMENTS In order to understand the project, it would be convenient to refer the analysis of the site, the criteria for the construction of the program and implementation / documentation, since being a technical-infrastructural program of urban-territorial incidence, a more complete vision of the project is required to be able to elaborate an observation with greater specificity. Review the design of the columns in the access vehicular circulation, specifically the "eye", since this form makes…

This project has satisfactorily met the practical needs of the project by combining nature. And by considering the parking space and designing recreational and service spaces on the floors, it puts people in different situations that can be different from other parking design projects. In this landscape, responding to the interventions and dangers of nature and considering these issues can lead to better design of the last floor of the project, and the safety of people, visitors and users…

Dear Anastasija, Thank you for your submission. Your project represents an interesting concept, especially on the Urban and Architectural levels. On the urban level, it creates a meeting point for the city and nature while creating an optical extension of both sides through the wide mirror facades. On the architectural level, it helps create a public space where citizens can appreciate the surroundings. It also takes advantage of an existing structure, hence adapting it to a more efficient…

good day! The idea is like preserving a historic train station, that's great. But we could have made a common glass roof for the entire area of the station.

The design proposal reflects brutalist architecture by its simplicity and slickness in its appearances. However, it misses the designer's arguments to make a spatial dialogue for the users and their surroundings. The confined boldness is failed to create solid void inter-changeable links between the building and its surroundings. Here the architecture needs to address the quality of interactions between the users and the spaces within it. The designer can think of parking spaces as not just…
