Hello Ana, and congratulations on your submission. It is a large-scale project with a high level of complexity, primarily due to its complicated site conditions. Open views seem to be an essential component of the design approach; I wonder why choosing an introverted typology for the villas. Maybe pools could work better if placed in front of the villas? Also, does a very valuable frontage near the water look too solid? Maybe there was a way to increase functional porosity by adding some F&B…

The images of the project are nice and give an account of the idea of it. Too bad that the proposed green areas end up being residual, the furniture is not so friendly. Adjacent fairways collide with axis, should require small ball joints.

The implantation of the building is interesting, what is not fortunate is the tectonic response, which must account for the spirit of the place. No elements are observed in the composition that allow deducing solar management considering its radial spatial organization. The living experience in the central space, in design is very timid. It lacks life.

Dear Vladislava Saveleva, I had the opportunity to review your project submission for the INSPIRELI AWARDS competition. From a conceptual point of view, your project is well developed and reflects a strong understanding of the context and the site's historical and traditional spirit. The composition of the form with the topography and the way it develops architectural form looks great. The materials used, such as stone, wood, glass, and brick, are inspired by Croatian ornaments and are often…

Dear Bianka, The idea of locating the mass volume underground is very bold. I think that if the forms and figures of these volumes are more curvy and geo-similar and not so geometric the effect would be better. I think the circular forms you use are very interesting but the way in which they touch the ground is not architectonical enough. Nevertheless, this doesn't ruin the great impression and I believe it will develop in the best possible way in the future. arch. Vasko Kashoukeev
