2D/3D FEEDBACK
Perfect presentation of the model, I would easily combine it with visualization. Need to add small characters, cars, etc.

When showing public space on this scale, it is good to add more interactions between people. The first look falls on the building, which is positive, then it would like further interest in people's interactions. You should introduce observers to the use of space.

Perfect for inspiring others, well done bird view!

Nice image, it is a pitty, the roof is too close to edge of picture. Please just fix this one issue.

Even indoors, it's good to use a two-point perspective. I would also add ambient light to highlight the shadows. Just add effect of 2-point perspective and set more light from skylight effect.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Try to add more variants of trees, these looks exactly the same, so its texture mix together. It can also help to use better shadows settings to sepparate each tree.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Using more of 2-point perspective can help to introduce the real dimmensions of this design. It is also better for observer to understand space. To be clear, I do not think it is neccessarry to add 2 point perspective at maximum level.

It is pitty, that there is no ¨real skies¨ effect used, or some HDRI map. You can instantly improve your rendering just by using this one effect. You can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qjDhWqOkaI

This is an interesting picture - the part is very good, but then there are a few elements that spoil the impression. The part in the green marking is almost perfect photorealistically and visually pleasing. But then there is the large-scale texture, the lack of profiling of sidewalks and paths, some shape that is not completely smooth, etc. Overall, the camera is aimed unnecessarily low, it would be better to move the shot more up to the sky. (move camera down and look more forward)
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Nicely prepared scene with content, greenery, interesting model. But a small focal length devalues it greatly. Thanks to it, the sky is very "outstretched" and it is also difficult to make a compositionally nice view when half of the picture is grass in front of the building. The ideal focal length is between 25-35 mm. Greater value is often better. The focal length is easy to set, in the photo preview it is a slider in the middle of the bottom (only on the screen).

This is a nice visualization, the spread of light is beautifully shown here and the whole space can be seen pleasantly. I like these empty school spaces, because you can imagine the life that will come soon. What spoils the overall impression of this picture are too white areas of glass and panel. White is so extremely white that the gradient and spatiality are lost. As the work with light is pleasantly shown in the upper part of the picture, the observer is lost on white surfaces.

From this view is not clear what is this building for. I do not understand the idea. I like grass texture with horizontal lines, looks prety nice, but it should be everywhere then.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Some textures are repeated, such as the texture of asphalt. Cars could be multi-colored, or somehow matched to the design. Now white cars are too distinctive.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Truly amazing visualisation. Explanatory, great color correction and the right contrast for the most important part. Using a dark water material makes the project really stand out from the image.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Great model and composition. In this project I generally like how a well-done model is used to showcase all of the project aspects, to explain everything in a simple way without the need to re-draw everything in 2D.
In the future it would be a great idea to use a realistic render engine so the pictures will get lively. Having a detailed model is a good starting point and the next phase should really bring the images to life by using high quality textures, assets and realistic lighting through a good engine.

Axonometric views are a great way of explaining the functionality of the building. However, the whole sheet contains a lot of information and is hard to read. I would add blank margins and a bigger gap between the pictures for good readability. The whole layout should contain more blank space.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Very eye-pleasing visuals, soft, with the right lighting are giving the viewer a very comforting feeling. Great consistent mood and nice floor plan drawing with the right line thickness.
On the main layout I would choose 1 specific picture that should be "the representative", the most important one and make it stand out (e.g. make it the biggest one or use a distinctive color as a background or frame) , otherwise the viewer´s focus is a bit distracted, jumping from one picture to another too fast.
Well done!
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I would add more trees, especially taller ones. Also due to the logo. And I would also put some curtains or shading elements in the windows to at least partially achieve a sense of privacy. But overall, the visualization is hilarious and in a pleasant mood.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like the emphasis of the object on the surroundings. I might add more greenery.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The general composition, ahmosphere and artificial lighting is good but I find this picture a bit too dark so it´s hard to understand and see the structure of the building. It would be a good idea to light it up a bit and also delete some of the people in the foreground or move them closer to the object so they don´t attract that much focus and make them non-transparent for better realism.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Nice composition, framing with vegetation and detailed model. Shadows are a bit too strong so we lose the detail.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Great model, texturing and the overall detail. Also the atmosphere is quite interesting, I like it a lot in general. Only thing I would avoid is the forework on the very left - these very bright components tend to "steal" the attention and viewer´s focus from the most important part - the architectural object in the middle. You can always move it closer to the building (behind it) where it´s doesn´t harm the focus that much.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The architecture is very interesting and with great detail but I find this picture a bit too "wild", it does not have a clear focal point so I get a bit lost. Maybe just by deleting some of the emissive and oversaturated elements the architecture would stand out more, since they steal a lot of attention.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Not quite sure what these dense lines represent so if they have no construction purpose I would consider playing with line thickness and opacity so the really important structure stands out. Otherwise all good.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like the consistency of this project - the color scheme and the layout is is stable, graphic elements are easy to understand and quite explanatory. To the visualisation itself - I find the black frame a bit distracting (maybe you could use the blue color from the color scheme or nothing at all). It would also be nice to leave a bit more blank space on the top of the picture so the whole composition doesn´t feel so "tight".
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Lovely project. The visual is consistent in colors, fonts, layout, is easy to read and understand the concept. Visualisations are lively and pleasant, focused on well-chosen materials and greenery. The framing and use of subtle details as birds and rocks is good and takes the realism to a next level.
One suggestion - white text on a light-gray background (sky) might be tricky to read for some people. Think of ways to increase the contrast between the two (text color, framing, background color, positioning etc.)

Well illustrated section.

Very nice interior. I would just add more detail to the wood texture.

In terms of volume, there is an interesting building that could be perfectly presented using visualizations. But one must keep in mind that the presentation of such an organic architecture is a bit specific. In addition, the choice to present this empty space creates additional special requirements for model accuracy and texturing, viewing angles, and shot selection.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The focal length of the camera is very low, which makes the surroundings of the building unbelievable. It also distorts the very impression of the geometry of the building. For shapes like this, it is advisable to choose a focal length in Lumion of at least 25-30mm, but ideally a little more.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
If you decide to present a visualization with characters, cars and a crowded at all, you need to make it believable. In professional visualizations, characters are used who do something and follow the purpose of the building, or highlight the purpose of the surrounding space. It is also necessary to pay attention to their placement and the position of the image. Here they are more for determining the scale, but they do not give a story or an impression, so it would be better to delete them or place them completely differently. To determine the scale, it might be better to put a well-known element close to the camera and then closer to the building, a bench may be perfect. The one on one side of the road, the bus stop on the other side, will serve as a sizing.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The sky and the overall effects are pleasant, combined with the architecture, which is visually interesting, there is simplicity of expression in place. There should be as few elements as possible to disturb it. These are, for example, rays of light passing through a building. They probably wouldn't even go that way. In addition, the glass is illuminated as if from a side other than the rays. On the contrary, it is good to use effects that underline the solitude of the state, such as the well-used effect of reflections and puddles. You choose nice colors setting.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The views from above are inappropriate in that no one will ever see the space. Maybe just an illuminator. So they are not very legible. Why not take another look from the stage or auditorium? The whole space is made up so that from every place, it was possible to see the stage, so take advantage of it.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The notes on the exteriors are basically all similar to the first picture. But after going through only the visualizations, I only understood in almost the last pictures what the building actually looks like from the outside. For this type of architecture, it is appropriate to focus more on the views perpendicular to the individual facades. I know they are on the drawing, but why not show them in the visualization? I would not be afraid of the orthogonal views, which are in great demand in Lumion for this purpose. Such stairs, which could be in a pleasant contrast with the building, are not particularly shown anywhere, but they are an interesting element.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I like that the first is this view, which clearly shows the building. For such architecture, it is a pivotal performance. Of course, it doesn't play a wow effect. In any case, thanks to the shape and textures, the building does not need to be modified in any way, but the textures of the surroundings and the detail of its processing are dismal. The textures are repeated, it can be seen that the surroundings are not processed and it spoils the impression of visualization. The road should have bollards and basic details. Textures should be a bit diverse so that they do not repeat. Using puddles is a good idea.

Nice image! Just a few ideas..:
1) I would maybe add one or two person to clearly show the scale
2) Lamps - Nice detail I would move them a little bit to the left because as of now the lamp creates a tangent with the corner of the building in the back (to read more about this just google
3) Framing - I would add a little bit more space to the bottom of the image (see my sketch included)
