The general composition, ahmosphere and artificial lighting is good but I find this picture a bit too dark so it´s hard to understand and see the structure of the building. It would be a good idea to light it up a bit and also delete some of the people in the foreground or move them closer to the object so they don´t attract that much focus and make them non-transparent for better realism.
I love there hand sketches, they give the whole project more of an artistic feeling and also make it more personalized since everyone has a unique sketching style. Especially those two on the left look quite professional.
Finally a picture where one can clearly see the whole mass. It´s importatnt to use there linearts or axonometries since they very clearly explain the whole spatial concept, while classic visualisations often focus on the detail or materials.
Nice composition, framing with vegetation and detailed model. Shadows are a bit too strong so we lose the detail.
