There were two kinds of houses with different morphologies planned: the engineers or high rank employees, and the workers quarter. Truly amazing visualisation. Explanatory, great color correction and the right contrast for the most important part. Using a dark water material makes the project really stand out from the image.

I would make all the people completely non-transparent since it adds to the photorealism.

Great composition, but once again the people are weirdly disappearing from the picture since they´re not opaque.
