Hello Ana, and congratulations on your submission. It is a large-scale project with a high level of complexity, primarily due to its complicated site conditions. Open views seem to be an essential component of the design approach; I wonder why choosing an introverted typology for the villas. Maybe pools could work better if placed in front of the villas? Also, does a very valuable frontage near the water look too solid? Maybe there was a way to increase functional porosity by adding some F&B…

The images of the project are nice and give an account of the idea of it. Too bad that the proposed green areas end up being residual, the furniture is not so friendly. Adjacent fairways collide with axis, should require small ball joints.

Dear Bianka, The idea of locating the mass volume underground is very bold. I think that if the forms and figures of these volumes are more curvy and geo-similar and not so geometric the effect would be better. I think the circular forms you use are very interesting but the way in which they touch the ground is not architectonical enough. Nevertheless, this doesn't ruin the great impression and I believe it will develop in the best possible way in the future. arch. Vasko Kashoukeev
Dear Sujood Abu Hamatta, Your project is very elegant and with very flexible forms - congratulations! The game of intertwined rings around a green tree is impressive. I think that the facades could be opened because of the many heavy walls. In addition, I believe that the toilets could be placed in a better location. Anyway, the project leaves a great impression and I believe that you will develop it successfully in the next phase. arch. Vasko Kashoukeev
This project has an interesting shape and well thought of programming. The Inner courtyard is very valuable to the student learning and playing experiences. The wavy exterior metal façade and circular punctures adds a uni
Dear Vladislav First of all, I congratulate you for your beautiful presentation If I examine the plan from the point of view of concept, I must say that it is a huge volume that encompasses the urban facade and surrounding buildings. You pointed out that "the introduction of a new building into city fabric, huge in scale and strong in image, is permissible only on condition that this building is the leading one and surpasses all other buildings of the location in its architectural quality",…
Dear Djordje, Interesting Proposal for the Conceptual Master Plan. However, the three comments (below) would improve the architectural and urban approach . 1- The Grid of the main Housing Block proposed, should follow the direction of the adjacent urban tissue of the Gemayze sector, located South of the Charles Helou Av. This Grid should be directly connected to Gemayze under the Avenue to provide the continuity of the urban tissue for the proposed Housing Block in the project. 2…
Hi Egor, Hope you are doing good. I overall enjoyed the project and I appreciate that you have worked well on the form and details of the building, the graphics of your presentation are also clear and well composed. My only concern is that you could’ve worked more on the planning in terms of inside experience of the building, maybe avoiding/treating the long corridors or incorporating the idea of curiosity in planning could’ve make the spaces more interesting and different from the typical…
