PROJECTS FEEDBACK

Any participant in the INSPIRELI AWARDS competition can ask a member of the international jury for feedback on his/her competition project. Jurors are assigned across continents at a ratio of one juror per student. The resulting gallery is a unique architecture textbook, created free of charge by those who wish to participate in our project and contribute their work to the education of the up and coming generation. We are honored that you are sharing your designs and experiences here.

Hi Nalindu, your project is very well explained, shown and argumented. You have very strong layout skills and I love your combinations of images with a matched texture in your presentation boards. Well done! Your low-tech approach to the architecture and load barring structures make absolute sense for your site and concept. I would like to see more close-up construction details of it! Your renderings are visually strong, especially the top-down perspective on the main page. I would advise…

Greetings Avantika Verma, Firstly, I would like to commend you on a beautifully visualized project. However, the lack of technical information such as site plans, floor plans, sections, and site analysis makes it rather difficult to fully understand the intention behind the project. For someone unfamiliar with your work, these missing elements are crucial for providing context, showcasing how you have organized the space, and demonstrating the design principles employed to create a space of…

Dear Julia Trzeciak, Thank you for choosing me as juror for your engineering diploma thesis project. My feedback about your project here is bellow given: 01. As it’s a mixed use building with residential and restaurant facility for public, it’s successfully done by separating circulation by direct entry from ground to top level by two different plaza type steps, from both road side and lake side. 02. The upper-level terrace situated in front of the restaurant is expected to be more active…

The ambition to transform a danger zone into a creative enclave through art is undeniably bold. The metaphorical use of curved walls as borders, harmonizing with the natural topography and housing art boxes, makes a profound statement about infusing creativity into the environment. These walls serve as pivotal structures, seamlessly integrating built forms with the terrain while simultaneously offering both enclosure and glimpses of the surrounding landscape. The interstitial spaces between…

The strength of the ‘La Houle’ project lies in its consistent use of caustics as a formal language, evident in its elevation, structure, and plan layout, a fitting choice considering its proximity to water and the transformative potential of caustic geometry. The integration of robotic 3D printing technology further enhances the project's technical feasibility, enabling the realization of complex forms suggested by the design. Additionally, the project successfully acknowledges and embraces…

The Marouth Art & Intelligence campus master plan adeptly integrates diverse programmatic requirements while celebrating Egypt's rich cultural heritage, notably the Giza pyramids. Each programmatic cluster, including the art academy, library, and AI campus, is thoughtfully arranged to face the pyramids, with shaded courtyards providing focal points that meander through the site perpendicular to the pyramid axis. This spine-like arrangement facilitates experiential circulation, complemented by…

The LIWÁY Community Center is a meticulously documented project that effectively communicates its arrangement and form, allowing readers to easily grasp its intended purpose. The circular design aligns with the goal of evoking positive emotions, fostering community, and promoting unity. Introducing the ramp as a dual-purpose feature for sun shading and exercise demonstrates thoughtful design, as does the strategic allocation of color schemes to different program levels. To enhance the…

The presentation for 'KULTUAWRA: Harmony in Diversity' effectively communicates the inclusive spirit of the project through vivid imagery and a harmonious mix of architectural languages that align well with the project's ethos. The inclusion of a gender-neutral restroom underscores the thorough research undertaken, while the floor plan demonstrates a cohesive layout that complements the building's curvilinear form and architectural ribs. The design's intention to reflect a spectrum of…
