The project presented meets the elements of ART DECO. It manages to bring back some of the main characteristics of this movement to the present time. One can clearly perceive the geometrization of geometric shapes, both three-dimensional and two-dimensional, a strong characteristic of ART DECO. However, I missed realistic 3D images, since nowadays the use of graphic representation technologies is indispensable. Overall the project is quite interesting, but it's a shame we don't have all the…

I really liked this project. Of course, the creation of a universal residential module with a single united public space is an idea that has been haunting the minds of many architects since the beginning of the 20th century. Unlike most architects, the author of the project did not deprive residents of their own kitchen or common room for the sake of public spaces. I am somewhat missing the functional solution of the first floor in order to analyze the possible centers of gravity of the…

The concept corresponds well to the historical background of the quarter Travniky. The floor plans are clearly marked and very well described. What lacks however is the demonstration of the exciting connections/disconnections with the ground that position the ensemble of buildings in a particular dialogue with each other, but also with the rolling mountain terrain. These should be clearly marked in the site plan. This project would benefit from the section and elevations of the whole site:…

Dear Huanyu! The first impression of your project is very good. The sheet is formed compositionally right. I like the idea of creating a residential cell with the possibility of increasing and transforming it. In a minimal area, you use the space very efficiently. The interior looks minimalistic and modern. However, it seems to me that the wood you proposed for finishing is not a cheap material, and you position your project primarily as an inexpensive housing. The capsule itself, as an…

The project deals with one of the possible directions of the modern urbanism, the development of democratic architecture. The Czech city of Ostrava is an old center with industrial history and is the heart of the second largest urban agglomeration in the country. Peripheral areas of such cities usually need an actual rethinking of urban development, and economical architectural solutions are inscribed in this context. The principles of democratic architecture make it possible to level the…

Hi Kristina, Love the idea of living in a natural setting. Good to see the natural setting differ from one space to the other. Maybe you also can leverage natural phenomena that occur around us to be part of the soft touch of the design. Phenomenon such, as the refraction of light in water, light, and shadow, allow an organic, ever-changing motive of nature's footprint to be cast on the wall of the apartment. Good luck in your next project.

Through the interior design for children library, there was a concern on the need for increasing communication and socialization instead separation that resulted from the digitalization which it is a good idea to be through some activities in library. The project design have many elements, objects and shapes that led to mess and less coherent design and also with using a lot of colors. There are no relation between the design of elements of space between ground, walls and ceiling. The use of…

It is nice that the relationship between animals and people has become the subject of consideration of this work. The presented visualizations demonstrate the author's attention to detail, understanding of the nature and behavior of animals. At the same time, it is important to note some visual redundancy of the interior, randomness, which is especially noticeable in the arrangement of the perimeter white wall of the main hall of the cat cafe. Perhaps their small scale is not quite suitable for…

The presented solution is distinguished by functional thoughtfulness and clarity. The author wisely placed the representative part of the office at the beginning of a long open space and implemented soft zoning. The somewhat rigid nature of the mesh structures used to frame the partitions, as well as the presence of mesh bars on the windows, reduces the office's claimed effect on the well-being of workers. In addition, perhaps the use of lettering or visual communications in the interior…
