The Project has a character and gives a sense of nice feeling, the wooden material helps to reach this kind of feeling. What maybe could be done is to work more on the positive and negative spaces i.e to subtract and add elements in a more visual way to the hole structure or outside the envelope.

I did find your work very interesting and to make even more interesting I would like you to check this project ( 21st century industrial housing in the united kingdom) see how they designed the roof of the building .
Good evening! I apologize for the long silence. the project is well thought out, except for the roof. we need to work on the pitched roof. the main parts of any building, from a one-story building to skyscrapers, are the lower part and the upper part. I thought of the lower part well, but the roof is not well thought out. since the author himself was not able to build a model of the roof. even on houses on a hill, I would have made a terrace and large windows. would use stone on the…
Hi Andrew, It is nice to see the efforts that you put into designing the project. I would like to add a few remarks to it. The initial study that you have done to understand the site and the end product is not in attunement. The site, I believe, is just not flat land and hence while you design, keeping the context in mind is very crucial for the design process. It would be great to see how the new design fits into the area, maybe in the renders, little additions around the site will give the…
Hi Leandro. I'm wondering if this development has a master plan. I know that the concept is for the architecture to be organic, but as to vertical architecture, there are height limitations, dependent on factors such as structural viability and city restrictions. I was thinking that even if development is organic, there will be a maximum form of development projected at the initiation of its construction. Your design is so innovative that it's breath-taking to imagine it in its completion.…
Hi Ehzan. I was wondering if your design incorporates aspects of green architecture. And I don't mean just planting vegetation; I'm thinking self-powered units that use very minimal electricity and collect rainwater to convert to potable water. Can you incorporate something like that? Or if you did already, I would like to learn more about your design with an extended write-up. I'm very excited to see your design. It's very progressive and innovative. Keep up the good work!
Good evening Elizaveta, I'm Arch Nicholas Whitacre, one of this year's jurors, and I am here to give some feedback on your very interesting project. The living area is contemporary with warm tones, mixed with the use of natural materials like wood and stone. Light is used to accent important areas or guide the user, for example, where the light over the dinning table flows into the hallway indicating where the "public" area leads into the private. Fabrics are an important part to the design.…
