Dear Bouchra RAH, Very glad to see your approach to a public space, some of the things I would like to see more than what you have presented are the existing site conditions, under the impression from your description that the site is a real one and that the problems are also existing so it would have been great if that was shown somewhere. I like the way you have described your approach to your design but what I found missing was the lack of information in the presentation as the sheets were…
Dear Amatallah, Very nice design with a good placement of the each different building. I would recommend to empathize more the relationship of the island with nature and the turtles. The economic part is important but it will be a result of good design and that unique characteristic of the island.
I appreciate the effort invested in your recent interior design projects, aiming to create serene and well-lit private spaces. While the use of native materials, including Roman design stones and wood, adds character, I'd recommend focusing a bit more on the design and color palette to enhance overall aesthetics. Additionally, refining the rendering quality could elevate the visual impact of your projects.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the ambitious project to transform the esplanade of Bab Lamrissa in Salé. The initiative to revitalize this underutilized public space is commendable, and the thoughtful redesign appears promising in contributing to the overall well-being of the community. While reviewing the project details, I was particularly enthusiastic about the inclusion of diverse activity spaces, such as play areas for children and accessible sports equipment. The emphasis on…

The first look of the visual was eye-catching, when looking at the project description it made me more excited to learn about the delivery of the aim said so. Diagramming was quite impressive. To the form, I appreciate it but the sustainable approach, innovative materials, efficiency of building, flexibility, and green technology are lacking in the project, either it's not done or not provided. Vertical shifting of levels was tremendous and created big impression. I have some tips for project…

Firstly, I would like to congratulate the project and for tackling such an important topic in these times as the revitalisation of degraded areas. It has been a pleasure to analyse this project and it points in the right direction to exploit the potential of a neglected area in the city centre. Bringing a degraded part of the city back to life and complementing it with new functions is a very good direction in creating multifunctional facilities in areas in need of revitalisation. The lump of…
This project shows a lot of creativity and originality. The innovative use of space and materials stands out. The integration of sustainable features is also impressive. However, there could be more attention paid to accessibility and user experience through detailed contextual study. Overall, a great start with plenty of potential for further development.

The intention to consider the community and the river as integral parts of the project is certainly appreciable. Moreover the idea of creating the large public community open space to keep the connection with the Nile is also interesting. However, these intentions could be further materialized through reducing the massive structures and ensuring wider view of the river from the city through the site.
