Any participant in the INSPIRELI AWARDS competition can ask a member of the international jury for feedback on his/her competition project. Jurors are assigned across continents at a ratio of one juror per student. The resulting gallery is a unique architecture textbook, created free of charge by those who wish to participate in our project and contribute their work to the education of the up and coming generation. First of all, I want to thank you for such an interesting proposal as well as a spectacular presentation of your project. After curiously studying your work, I have found one topic that has a potential for improvement. Allow me to express myself and give you some bits of advice. While reading the project idea, you mention disinterest of the population in general and of the youth in particular in the national cultural life. And I must say designing a new cultural centre is a great idea, to…

Hello Denisha, hope you are doing well. First, I want to tell you that I really like the relation of volumes and vegetation that you propose in your project. Your jenga like morphology seems appropriate for providing shadows and climate comfort between the volumes. Following, I address some points that you can try to explore in your project: 1. Main Volumes. The shapes and textures you used seem correct for the project. You can try to add a second skin in precise spaces for light and…

Hi student The project is quite interesting and is very well resolved. -You use mostly materials from the area. -Location and orientations of the buildings is well studied. -And the main idea that is to encourage and promote the use of environmentally friendly materials is of great weight to justify the project. -The Representation of the project is quite complete, as well as the Renders show the idea very well. My recommendation is: complement the project with the use of other sustainable…

Hi student The concept or main idea is quite interesting. But the representation of the project becomes a bit confusing, because you show what exists, which in this case is the "Campus" with the same level of importance of your project and the important thing about your project is the path that circulates through the "Campus" to join 2 points. I see 2 important observations to take into account: 1.- Project development Your project is the "Path" that joins points A and B. What you call "The…

Hello Valentina. I'm sending you some remarks that help you to improve your work. 1- Weak points between junctions of two masses having the same material. attached parts should be deferent may be in texture. 2-Need more balance between verticality and horizontality of deferent objects. 3-Full and empty spaces between volumes should be also more balanced 4-Curved volumes are not really created dialogue between themselves. Regards

Hi Abosila. I was wondering that if you were bringing mall culture to the regional market, I would have wanted to see the culture of the people integrated into its architecture. If I were coming from the city, I would like to make a trip to the countryside and see the local mall. But what would set it apart from a typical urban mall, so that it would entice me to go there and see it, redefining it into a new tourist attraction as well. If you can consider merging this with your current design,…

The building in its exterior has taken a more expressive and modernist look. The waves created leave a sensational impression and the idea is generally good. Acording to details about clean energy . As in Egypt the weather is warm enough and as i can see the building with the new stainless steel mesh is oriented in the wider faces east west. That means the most of the time sun is direcly on the facade and the building absorbs heat. And to the air conditioning system that is not quite good.…
