2D/3D FEEDBACK
It is also good to use a 2-point perspective even in interiors. If you look at the blue lines, the space shown in this way can be confusing for the observer.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Space is quite empty. Red lines shows interesting stuf, you should add more objects, or use better camera position and setting ( focal distance ). Placing more objects or people will help.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
It's a good idea to make these complex buildings easier to look at. The vertical view is good. There is no 2-point perspective. Comparing vanishing points will help the observer to better understand the concept.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
From this point of view, it is not entirely clear where the building ends and the sidewalk begins. The materials are a little too similar. I would shift the look a little to eliminate the color blending.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
For these visualizations, I miss a bit of views of the details of the building, they could be really nice shots. It would also be good to make views from a human position that would bring the building closer to life in real form.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Technically nicely mastered visualization, but it is not clear to me from the picture what the use of space is. It would be nice to involve people in what is to happen in that space. If it's a waiting room or an entrance hall, it would be good to add more interaction between the characters.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Using a 2-point perspective is nice because it simplifies the image for the observer. In this case, where the complex design is pictured, its use is important.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The picture shows a huge object, but relatively few figures. But more importantly, it is not entirely clear what the characters have room to do. To show space usage means to instantly improve the quality of visualization. I assume he should live in the building, but he doesn't look uninhabited. This is perhaps a simple thing to improve. Bring more life and interactions to the visualization. Not only by placing more people, but also by decoration.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The plants look a little artificial, the crop lines (white) can be seen. It is good to use offset of selection if I make the plants myself, or to use better quality materials. Or use 3D plants, of course.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Here it is nice to see that without a two-point perspective, the object falls optically and is as if deformed.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
I don't know what it meant to show, but if the greenery, then it would be good to add some other plants, pots, or just undergrowth under the trees. The characters are nicely placed in the foreground, but in the back of the picture, the place is completely empty. Usually there are 3 best practices for placing people 1) the whole space is filled, so it could be seen that there is lot of live 2) visualization focuses on only one function and people are in a specific situation that attracts attention and determines the use of space 3) people on visualizations are not placed at all. Doing half of it is not good.

Try to use 2-point perspective. It will help you to get better understanding of your design for most people. You can find setting here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_NOE2Ioi3I
2D/3D FEEDBACK
From this view is not clear what is this building for. I do not understand the idea. I like grass texture with horizontal lines, looks prety nice, but it should be everywhere then.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Some textures are repeated, such as the texture of asphalt. Cars could be multi-colored, or somehow matched to the design. Now white cars are too distinctive.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
This is project i would like to visit after it is build. but you gave me no clue what it is looking in details and interiors. I miss here focus on details, so i can imagine it more. (It is not for this picture only, but the whole presentation)

Why not use openstreetmaps that allow you to easily load project surroundings and nearby buildings? You still use white buildings for the immediate area, so it would be a good idea overall and the exact context would be clear right away. Link for tutorial: https://youtu.be/Msjkpy7Pn9o
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Try not to crop the visualization and focus more on the composition. A larger focus would also help.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
It is not good to see the horizon as a straight line. The easiest way is to use openstreetmap see. link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Msjkpy7Pn9o
2D/3D FEEDBACK
If you already have a 3D model with sidewalks and surfaces, why not turn on 3D grass? It would be good on highlighted areas. Also, the focal length is unnecessarily small.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The foreground of the visualization is unnecessarily crowded with various effects and objects. Puddles, wear, distinctive texture, etc. together create an almost unreadable area from which it is not clear whether it is a road, sidewalk, forest path or something else. The possibility is to remove those elements or to create a mirror reflection of the house in the pools and add more to make up most of the area. Apart from this confusing element, however, the visualization is well done! From the top line, the picture is completely professional.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Personally, I would remove the car. In my opinion, it takes a lot of attention in an otherwise clean visualization.
