2D/3D FEEDBACK
Red - in the picture, the main elements should never be completely at the edge. Think of it as if you were printing a photo on a stereo printer. It may happen that the printer takes a piece of the edge and you lose the design. Visually, it affects the observer in exactly the same way.
Blue - The sky is not completely realistic, it would be better to replace it with some sky from real skies.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
If you use Lumion, it is advisable to use a real sky. It automatically raises the render level and photoreality.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
Why not use more types of characters and models? It is not star wars clones wars i guess. It is always better to use more characters.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The camera has an unnecessarily low focal length. this makes it difficult to solve other compositions, because there is "too much" in the picture and the shapes are too deformed. The colors are unnecessarily saturated to my taste. It is good to use colors, most architectural presentations are unnecessarily desaturated, so then there is no need for an optically attractive, but it is not good to saturate colors so much.

I appreciate this view, which shows the use of space. Using characters that do some activity is enjoyable. However, the view is unnecessarily focused on the ceiling, which is not optically interesting. The lights also lack the global illumination set in the effects. It is a good idea to assign a GI to each spotlight so that the light is reflected from the materials and thus illuminates the scene more realistically. The ceiling should never be dark and without a light gradient.

Great model and composition. In this project I generally like how a well-done model is used to showcase all of the project aspects, to explain everything in a simple way without the need to re-draw everything in 2D.
In the future it would be a great idea to use a realistic render engine so the pictures will get lively. Having a detailed model is a good starting point and the next phase should really bring the images to life by using high quality textures, assets and realistic lighting through a good engine.

Well illustrated section.
2D/3D FEEDBACK
The buildings in the background are not of good quality and spoil the impression of visualization and design. If possible, it's better to use a better HDRI map of the neighborhood, or just make a city out of real buildings that are available as 3D models. The combination of "real" buildings in the background and white boxes closer to the camera is also not ideal. It's actually a pretty confusing element. I'll either use it or that. If white boxes don't matter (they might be useful for me here), then I would use the openstreet map. (link here: https://youtu.be/Msjkpy7Pn9o) As for the empty space, I don't know why it's there, but it spoils the impression of the visual and it just seems that it's unfinished. The greenery in front of the building seems quite embarrassing - either I want the greenery in the visualization and then it should be visible and clearly legible, or I don't want it and then it has nothing to do there.
