This project is a bit difficult for me to critique, because I do not have enough cultural knowledge to confidently say what is 'good' or 'bad' about your design. I will say that the people in your research, and the one praying individual in your rendering, are powerful. But the lack of people in many of your drawings make the project feel more object-focused than subject-focused. The landscape of your project also feels like an afterthought, rather than an opportunity to either reinforce your…

The approach, which includes interdisciplinarity and the relationship of subjective, personal, and neutral perceptions of the problem and characteristics of the area in general, gave added value to the project. The main (general) project aim is good and connected with its application to the port area through urban planning and design principles. A particular contribution of the work is the extensive analysis of local culture, lifestyle, and needs of local citizens, which were the basis for…

As an interior project, it is fun to see. The idea of CAT is represented by colors and a dark Bat Man-like environment. It would have been nice to see some daylight impact the space. Daylight in architecture expresses the inherent quality of the space and shape. Positive things- 1. The interior space looks techy and represents CAT. 2. Light represents a mode of strength and an industrial look. Negative: 1. Interior space should be judged both with artificial and natural light. 2. Bit gloomy…

Good afternoon, Vladimir! I really liked your project! The first thing that attracts attention when viewing is a good presentation. Although it might be worth making some visualizations more realistic. I am pleased with the fullness of the project, I feel the deep elaboration of the idea. It seems to me that you have found interesting architectural solutions that have allowed you to connect different functional blocks, as well as keep in touch with the environment. Great! I wish you further…

Hi Andrei Thanks for this project, the simple and incredible idea at the same time and the development of an educational design. The division of school levels to separated floors and connecting them with one core is great, the way of dealing with the large volumes and the small volums is well designed ,and the spaces between classes and activities rooms are well planned for students' movement. However , the corridors are long which can make the transition (for students and employees)…

Hi, I like the plan form, but I think it would be better if the edge lines kept their fluidity like water. Regarding the facade and interior spaces, I must say that due to the crudeness of the 3D, it does not give the audience a feeling of being in nature and of relaxing and healing. Considering the location of the master site of the project in a beautiful nature next to the spa, the intellectual path of the project could have been more inspired by its native nature. I wish you success and…

The project seems interesting, but for becoming more attractive for users, it would be better to pay more attention to materials and 2d & 3d compositions. compositions are very important from different aspects and the balance is the keyword of this factor. Presentation is great too but it shouldn`t be pioneer than the design itself. Take care of the details!

•Advantages: -The idea of the project, which makes it a “symbolic” museum of tragedy, and allocates silos buildings to design them as several museums. -The project is sustainable, and several techniques have been used to support the principles of sustainability. -It contains several multifunctional activities. •Negatives: -The mechanism of the schematic link between the elements, as they came somewhat disjointed, and the schematic solution to the site did not reflect the required idea, as…

The design and revitalization of old buildings are one of the most beautiful design trends that give modern beauty from an inspiring historical depth. Your choice of colors is awesome. The materials used in the furniture are wonderful. Adding nature to the spaces is one of the most important elements in green buildings, which has a major role in purifying the air inside the spaces. As well as the closed theater building I liked the way you used the columns to make it more efficient and have a…
