I was instantaneously in awe of your project. I really appreciate the togetherness and closeness your design imbues. The choice of colours are strikingly stellar. Also Jazz is one of my favourite genres of music and upon seeing the pictures of your design I felt I had transported into its environment and was enjoying the spirit of it. It is brilliant in every sense of the world. However I would like to see a more dynamic atmosphere inside the buidling akin to the way the facade is designed.

The Blue Beirut project admirably embraces the interaction between buildings and nature, taking into account factors like wind, sunlight, and view connections. It successfully integrates these elements to enhance the overall design and experience of the spaces. However, one suggestion for further improvement could be to focus on optimizing the organization of functions within the buildings. By carefully considering the layout and flow of different activities, the project could create more…

Dear colleague, Martin, I want to convey to you the emotion that came over me when I saw your concept. I am fascinated by the airy, transparent structure of the building. A seemingly simple construction does not suppress the natural landscape of the area. And, repeating the outline of the beach in planning, adds a special charm to your idea. Green roofs and building bridges in the sea are also attractive. Overall, this building looks like one big pergola, which blends in very well with the…

The project theme resonates with the location and objectives, but the architectural design can be enhanced for better integration with nature and water. Consider exploring a shape that reflects the relationship with water, such as incorporating curvilinear structures or wave-like patterns. It is also worth considering an integrated approach that allows nature and architecture to coexist seamlessly, breaking away from segregated zones. By blurring the boundaries and incorporating green spaces or…

The concept of utilizing decomposed mass to create a war-related museum is a solid foundation for the project. To further enhance its impact, I suggest investing more effort in developing a captivating narrative that effectively communicates the purpose and significance of the museum. By crafting a compelling storyline, you can engage visitors and provide them with a deeper understanding of the historical context and thematic elements represented within the museum. Additionally, while…

Dear Valeriia and Hanna, You have done a great job on the site planning. I like that the villas follow the shape of the coast. What would be helpful is a cross section that cuts through the highest point of the site down to the coastline. This will give a great understanding of how the villas relate to each other regarding views. Additionally, it might be helpful to see an extended site plan that shows the project in a larger context. The house on piles is a great idea as the villas sit…

Dear Julia, Hotel 100 rooms turned out to be really interesting. I like the warm and attractive elements that decorate the facade. Also the monotonous rhythmicity of the decorative elements, which creates a special musical sound in the architecture of the building standing near the ocean. I would like to mention that today, in the era of ultra-modern architectural forms, your concept created a special, very positive mood for me. Bravo, I salute this exquisite, beautiful architecture!

It is great to see how your project tackles historic conservation; repurposing the existing building to create an exciting new space for the community while maintaining its history as a reminder of a time gone by. The contrast between the new tower building and the existing site is quite interesting but I wonder if some elements from the existing building could be applied to the new extensions as well. It is really interesting to see the picture of your physical model where everything is made…
