Based on a rigorous analysis the project is approached taking social, economic and environmental issues into consideration. It is commendable that focus was given on strengthening affordability and self-sufficiency to address the increasing problem of homelessness, . However, further information about the physical condition of the existing building would give better idea about the level of adaptation of the existing building.

advisorDear Jorge Luis Suárez Alfonso, First, I would like to congratulate you on your beautiful project. The concept is amazing in terms of construction, the local materials used, the environmental treatments used to provide renewable natural energy, and also the solutions used in the roofing and windows to provide good natural lighting. But I have some simple observations, which are that the project lacks more information about the general location, the naming of the internal spaces, and…

However, I would like to address a concern regarding the security aspect of the garage, which appears to be open to the living room area. In another document, I noticed that you mentioned the inclusion of a window, which has left me somewhat confused. I would like to take this opportunity to commend you on your excellent work and the thoroughness of your study.…

advisorDesign: The project brief is very well researched. An in depth analysis of library spaces for present & future can be understood through the research however, the same couldn’t be seen reflecting to a satisfactory degree in the design. Form development is commendable, the spaces can be seen crafted for ease of use and creating a social environment in the library. Spatially, how open, closed or social and private a library should be, if explored could have helped in the designing efficient…

advisorThe design of the PSYCHOLOGICAL REHABILITATION CENTER IN LVIV is very interesting, with a unique orientation into the building. The void design is designed in such a way as to provide a view of the park and green area which provides psychological comfort. However, it is necessary to pay attention to safety in open areas, for example, the material and the height of the railing. Overall nice design

advisorInteresting transformation project, that adds value to a very congested and populated area. You are introducing block zoning for better wayfinding, organization and access. Maybe a tad rigid that inhibits a more organic development of the area, over time. It is very rational thinking and design, very much like the overall plan layout. There is a 10 % increase in green areas, which I think is too little. I would like to have seen more integrated greenery and natural drainage incorporated in a…
