Any participant in the INSPIRELI AWARDS competition can ask a member of the international jury for feedback on his/her competition project. Jurors are assigned across continents at a ratio of one juror per student. The resulting gallery is a unique architecture textbook, created free of charge by those who wish to participate in our project and contribute their work to the education of the up and coming generation. We are honored that you are sharing your designs and experiences here.
it's a very good idea to base your approach on the deconstruction of this place and to use the deconstruvism movement to rebuild this area. This during deconstructivism is much more than a matter of building form. I suggest you to deepen the subject (Deconstruvism) both as a concept and as an arcitectural movement and adopt it for this project
First of all, congratulations on this project with a strong concept that focuses on the history of the port of Beirut. I think your project has great potential. Each of the buildings on your proposal is conceptually strong. The strength of the project is using architectural interventions as a reminder of the past. As such, preserving the silo building as a monument representing the deceased and proposing a bridge to let visitors explore the explosion spot are great ideas. Hence, this makes…

Hi, Maream Merza First of all, I would like to appreciate you for your Sketching Skills through which you made it too easy for us and even for a layman to understand your research work. Secondly, you have proposed your project with relevant technical details. When coming to the design part you could have explored it more with the study of the main design elements of Roman Architecture and Modern Architecture. There is a lot of information in the presentation which needs to be placed in a…
Hi Marie, This is a delightful little project that has so many applications. In addition to being used in parks, I can see this in urban areas where natural trees may not exist or the conditions are difficult for vegetation to grow. This would also open the opportunity to possibly using photovoltaics in the membranes to power lighting for the immediate area for security or landscape lighting.
Good start, keep going. Always keep your project reel and simple. Simplicity is the most popular way to achieve a good project. In my opinion simplicity is beauty.
Hello Chau Minh Bao, First of all I would like to congratulate you for your work, I really appreciate your idea about the interactive space, which I found it amazing to keep in mind the story in each one had this experience. However you didn't explain how to use it on your design, what's are the activities, how they will interactive with them, where ..... You said that the staircase is a sculpted which I found it not Also for the target user: you want targeting designer and creatives, you didn…
Good afternoon. The concept, in my opinion, is quite well developed and presented. In my opinion, it is worth working out the main panoramic view of the port from above in more detail (image 1), maybe add bright colors or add functional zoning schemes, territorial location in thin lines. You also can add several panoramic images from different viewpoints.
I really appriciate your approach towards desiging a larger site as well as an environmentally challenging site. I would appriciate if you could approach this in the mode of architecture. Other than introducing different spaces as per your design brief , It would be ideal, if you could explain how the spaces connect with each other while reponding to public flow and functions. How you have addressed the natural site and natural flow. You can emphasize the methods of handeling the natural sites…
First, I need to talk about the site analysis of this project. She identifies the development of the port area from 1887 to 1995. it shows how the port area evolved. It's a good approach for this type of project. How the context and environment change through history is crucial for the design process. It will help to imagine the future of the project and how it will evolve with the context. In addition, it would be better if she analyze the development from 1887 to the present day. it will give…
