Creating a new educational campus in Egypt combines art, heritage, and education. It features buildings inspired by traditional Egyptian architecture, showcases art exhibitions, and celebrates Egypt's cultural heritage. The campus provides a dynamic and inspiring environment for students to learn, create, and appreciate the rich artistic and cultural legacy of Egypt.

Project description

nestled amidst the iconic landscape of Giza, Egypt, where the timeless grandeur of the Pyramids of Giza and the contemporary allure of the Grand Egyptian Museum converge, stands an architectural marvel that seamlessly blends heritage with sustainability. This visionary project embodies a profound commitment to local materials, natural ventilation, modular design, an enriched user experience, and an identity that resonates deeply with its place.
Design strategy embarked on a bold mission: to design a structure that would be an organic extension of Giza's timeless heritage. Local materials played a pivotal role in achieving this. Indigenous stone and materials sourced from the region became the building blocks of this architectural masterpiece, not only paying homage to the area's rich history but also reducing the environmental footprint associated with transportation and production.
Central to the project's design philosophy was the celebration of Giza's natural climate. Meticulous planning and architectural ingenuity enabled the building to achieve enhanced natural ventilation. Cross breezes, guided by the building's orientation, now course through the interiors, creating an atmosphere that is cool, refreshing, and deeply connected to the surroundings.

Technical information

sustainability is at the core of this architectural gem. Shading and environmental design systems are seamlessly integrated into the fabric of the building. Strategically placed shading devices protect against the intense desert sun while creating ever-shifting patterns of light and shadow, contributing to the ever-evolving visual experience. Cutting-edge sustainable technologies further reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impact.
This architectural project is a hub of knowledge and creativity, housing a library, an art academy, a research center, and an AI campus. This holistic approach fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. The dormitory, with its modular design, ensures that students and researchers have a comfortable and flexible living environment that enhances their academic pursuits.
