Project idea

Můj návrh se skládá ze 2 propojených objektů, kdy jeden slouží jako vstupní s většími prostory, a který leží na severo-západní straně parcely a druhý objekt který je propojený krčkem s tím prvním zastavuje právě ono nároží parcely.
Větší objekt se skládá ze 3 podlaží, kdy 1.PP jsem zde umístila čistě kvůli parkování. Další podlaží slouží hlavně jako polyfunkční sály pro větší pořádané akce. Menší objekt tedy slouží pro menší skupinky lidí a zahrnuje menší sály.
Jižní a jihozápadní stranu vetšího objektu jsem umístila venkovní žaluzie pro stínění kvůli teplu a světlu v letních obdobích. Menší objekt jsem nemusela takto řešit, jelikož jej zastíní právě budova která již na parcele leží.
Jelikož je to tedy veřejná budova, která má sloužit k různým akcím, pro relax a pro pobavení, řešila jsem jak ji ozvláštnit a bylo mi jasné že všichni udělají barevnou fasádu, tak jsem se zaměřila na okna. V nich jsem použila barevnou integrovanou folii od společnosti ChameleonLab, která může být dvoubarevná nebo až duhová. Tím, že na objektu mám hodně prosklených částí, mi přišlo toto řešení vhodné, zajímavé a netradiční.

My design consists of two interconnected objects, one serving as an entrance with larger spaces, which lies on the north-west side of the parcel, and the second object that is connected to the neck with the first stops just the corner of the parcel.
Larger object consists of 3 floors, when 1st floor I placed here purely for parking. The next floor is mainly used as multifunctional halls for larger events. The smaller object therefore serves smaller groups of people and includes smaller halls.
On the south and southwest side of the larger building, I placed outdoor blinds for shading because of heat and light in summer. I did not have to solve the smaller object because it is overshadowing just the building that is already on the plot.
Since it is a public building designed to serve various events, for relaxation and amusement, I have dealt with how to make it clearer, and it is clear to me that they all make a colored façade, so I focused on the windows. I used a color integrated film from ChameleonLab that can be two-color or rainbow. By having lots of glazed parts on the building, I found this solution appropriate, interesting and unconventional.

Project description

Komunitní centrum tvoří 2 objekty, kdy 1 objekt má 3 podlaží (2 nadzemní a jedno podzemní) a druhý 2 nadzemní podlaží. Objekty jsou spolu propojeny spojovacím krčkem (chodbou) a podlaží mezi s sebou spojují schodiště přímé, kdy jedno je dvakrát zalomené, další je třikrát zalomené. Dispozice je rozdělena tak, že první objekt, který je větší, beru pro větší skupinky(spíše dospělé)lidi a druhý objekt pro menší skupinky(spíše děti a mladistvé).
Vstupy do budovy jsou pouze ve větším objektu. Vchází se do foyer, které obsazuje velkou plochu objektu. Je to taková rozptylová plocha uvnitř budovy, která se využije hlavně při přestávkách různých událostí, které se budou odehrávat v přilehlých sálech. Ty jsou zde dva, na pravé straně při vstupu do budovy, a dají se propojit posuvnou příčkou v jeden velký prostor a budou sloužit pro různá vystoupení, přednášky, výstavy apod. Dále vidíme od vstupu 2 chodby, z nichž jedna vede do vnitřního dvora budovy a také do kavárny a další vede do druhého objektu. U vstupu ještě vidíme dvojramenné schodiště, které propojuje 1.PP, 1.NP a 2.NP vstupního objektu. Za schody najdeme administrativní část objektu a také výtah. V 2.NP tak najdeme další polyfunkční sály pro různorodá využití a hygienické zázemí. Dále po levé straně při vstupu najdeme taktéž hygienické zázemí. Níže položené 1.PP, které je částečně zakopané v zemi, obsahuje pouze parkovací stání a technickou místnost.
Druhý objekt komunitního centra, který je spojený se vstupním objektem zaskleným spojovacím krčkem, má pouze 2 nadzemní podlaží. Již z chodby, která do něj vede, můžeme vidět trojramenné schodiště vedoucí do 2.NP a také výtah. Naproti vertikální komunikaci najdeme hygienické zázemí. Přímo naproti chodbě můžeme vidět hlavní místnosti objektu a to jsou klubovny. Slouží jako počítačové učebny, knihovny, místa pro různé kurzy pro malé skupinky a nebo čistě odpočinkové místnosti. Ve 2.NP najdeme taktéž tyto klubovny a hygienické zázemí.
Dále zde také vede spojovací chodba mezi vnitřním dvorem objektu a ulicí Milady Horákové, která je čistě exteriérovou záležitostí a je podobně řešena jako spojovací chodba mezi oběma objekty.

Entrance to the building is only in a larger building. It enters into a foyer that occupies a large area of ​​the building. It is such a scattering area inside the building, which is mainly used at breaks of various events that will take place in adjacent halls. There are two of them on the right side of the entrance to the building and can be connected with a sliding bar in one large space and will serve for various performances, lectures, exhibitions, etc. We can also see from the entrance of 2 corridors one of which leads to the inner courtyard of the building and also to the cafeteria and others to the second building. At the entrance, we see a double-staircase staircase that connects 1.PP, 1.NP and 2.NP of the entrance object. Behind the stairs we find the administrative part of the building as well as the elevator. In the 2nd floor there are other multifunctional halls for various uses and hygienic facilities. In addition, on the left side, we also find hygienic facilities at the entrance. Below 1.PP, which is partly buried in the country, contains only a parking space and a technical room.
The second object of the community center, which is connected to the entrance object by a glazed connecting neck, has only 2 above-ground floors. Already from the corridor that leads to it we can see a three-armed staircase leading to the 2nd floor and a lift. In contrast to vertical communication, we find hygienic facilities. Directly opposite the corridor we can see the main rooms of the building and these are clubs. Serving as computer classrooms, libraries, places for small groups for groups, or pure rest rooms. In the 2nd floor we also find these clubs and hygienic facilities.
There is also a connecting corridor between the inner courtyard of the building and the street Milady Horákové, which is a purely exterior thing and is similarly designed as a connecting corridor between the two buildings.

Technical information

Nosný konstrukční systém je smíšený, tedy skelet a nosné zdivo.
Nosné svislé zděné konstrukce jsou navrženy zdícím systémem Ytong. Obvodové stěny tloušťky 300mm jsou doplněné o kontaktní zateplení EPS tl. 150mm. Obvodové a vnitřní nosné zdivo tvoří železobetonový skelet o tloušťce 300mmx300mm a nenosné zdivo tvoří příčky tl. 150mm také systému Ytong.
Stropní konstrukce bude vytvořena ze stropních panelů Spiroll tl. 320mm. Zastřešení je řešeno nepochozí nakloněnou střechou (2%) o tloušťce 450mm a atikou vysokou 500mm.
Vstup do objektu od ulice Milady Horákové je na úrovni terénu. Druhý vstup ze dvora je po navezené zemině, která je ve sklonu podle norem ČSN.
Všechny opěrné zídky ( u vjezdu do 1.PP) budou řešeny v pohledovém betonu.

The load-bearing construction system is mixed, ie skeleton and load-bearing masonry.

The perimeter and the internal supporting masonry form a reinforced concrete skeleton with a thickness of 300mmx300mm and the non-load-bearing masonry consists of the partitions tl. 150mm also Ytong system.
The ceiling structure will be made of Spiroll tl ceiling panels. 320mm. The roof is designed with a non-sloping roof (2%) with a thickness of 450 mm and a high 500 mm high.
Entrance to the building from Milady Horáková Street is at the terrain level. The second entrance from the courtyard is after the flooded soil, which is inclined according to the ČSN standards.
All retaining walls (at the entrance to 1st PC) will be solved in visible concrete.
