Hydrotherapy center

Project idea

Its hydrothermal center which represent everything That’s is "bien être" which means in French feels good, resulted of different therapeutic and esthetic care.
The Idea of this project was based initially from all that symbolize "fluids, rocks, waves" but when we gets inside we have ergonomic volumes and mostly welcoming spaces which are in relation with peripheral outdoor activities.

Project description

Project is located in naturel zone with great touristic potential in the province of tlemcen, Algeria. Next to it we have nice cozy hotel, and all of this surrounded by natural landscape. The project is integrated in urban façade and we made sure that it is a sort of continuity of limits of the site.
The program is naturally all about care in its different figures and goals (pool, sauna, electrotherapy sessions, free walk against water current,etc), sport room, fitness followed by area of relaxation and of course space to buy snacks or refreshment.
Every activities from unique type is regrouped in single floor and that’s only to make circulation more fluid and assist the management of this facility.
The project is privileged by open spaces on exterior provided by natural lighting but not only this, we gave some interest in interior (promenade galleries, double height spaces, monolithic columns, organic pattern and overhead lighting)

Technical information

Project was built with materials such as : naturel stone, brick, mosaic, curtain walls.
Type of foundation used here is spread footing. Central area was made in prestressed concrete, pools of the first floor were made to be cantilevered but some parts were borne by piles that took form of letter "V"
