transport oriented development

despite the serious city problems such as air pollution, traffic and severe drop in quality of city life there is a need for developing a plan to improve the life in the cities.
these concerns are mentioned in the Transport Oriented Development Design.
for rising air pollution area up from the ground, one of the basic ideas in designing urban bus terminals is making bus stops at the top of the terminal
more opportunities for public transportation system will result in reducing daily travels with personal car and so there will be less air and sound pollution all over the city.

Project description

This land is in Tehran,Sadeghieh Bus Terminal
This site is located in the west of Tehran and in a crowded neighborhood
for this purpose there are two 70 meters ramps at both sides of the site. one for entrance from the north east and the other at the exit point on the south west of the site.
To promote this kind of terminal there will be shops such as shopping center, cinema, barbershop, boutiques , ... at the ground level of the building, where people can purchase their ordinary needs. But still the terminal is the main purpose in designing.
there will be a 10 floors office building located at the western zone of the site. the lowest part of the building is higher from top of the buses stop at the terminal, so the people working at this building can simply use bus as a public transportation solution.
beside the shops located at the ground level of the building we have organized street vendors selling their goods in a more proper place not on the streets.
this model can help civilians in these aspects: physical and mental safety, family budget, service access improvement and pollution reduction.

-In the basement there is a parking and a storehouse of shops
-On the ground floor are shops and vertical communications and entrance to the 10th floor of the tower
