The Graphical Visualization for the Project could have been much better if you would use some conceptual sketches or just highlighted some main elements alongside 1 View of the project, which you tried to explain in the description.
However, It's a bit challenging thing to express everything about a project on such a big scale.

The central area of Kaifeng New District is densely built up with high-rise buildings, the building density is relatively high, and there is a mismatch between urban greenery and the existing built-up area. In order to optimize the life of high-rise residents with dense buildings and create green space in the area, a low-density residential area with a high degree of greenery in accordance with the requirements of sustainability is planned.
To optimize the living experience of residents, the project has been designed with public space and green space.

In order to optimize the living conditions of the citizens, the residential complex will be designed based on the principles of sustainable building design and GREEN ZOOM green building certification as a standard, ranging from layout, functionality, style, energy saving and ending with other aspects of design.
The general layout of the site is based on a centralized green belt combined with curved roads. The main entrance of the project is located in the eastern part of the site, and the public space is mainly concentrated in the area of the central axis.
The entire site consists of two blocks - a residential block and a public block. Residential block, in order to reasonably control the height of residential buildings and reduce the density of residential population, the entire residential area is a six-story apartment building with two different types of houses. In order to optimize the environment and living conditions of citizens in the residential complex, public development includes landscaping between blocks, a multifunctional recessed courtyard space in the center of the complex, a garden, a playground, an auxiliary business center, a swimming pool and other infrastructure facilities that largely satisfy daily life and activity needs of citizens of all ages and create a lively space for social activity in the complex. In the business zone, in order to improve the basic quality of life of residents, shops, fitness centers, cafes, etc. are located. In addition, the property management department of the residential development of the complex is located here to more effectively solve the daily life problems of residents. The functional pool space at the front of the business building shows the community's fragmented waterfront space, echoes the environment of Bianxi Lake adjacent to the community, and reflects the community's humanistic concern. Functional space playground, customized playground for children's activities, provided that the cost allows, the playground is equipped with adult fitness rooms, places for children's entertainment equipment for different age groups, direct drinking water and hand washing stations and other amenities, fully showing the humanistic taking care of the details and improving the quality of life of residents. The functional space of the recessed courtyard in the center of the district is equipped with tables and chairs, water features and a multifunctional lawn. The overall space uses the curved elements of the plane, making the plane saturated with lines. The curved road, combined with the curved water feature and the lawn, thanks to the stepped terrace treatment of the site, makes the facade and the plane interconnected, full of modern meaning. The same straight lines can be shown with modern elements, and the façade becomes simple and elegant, eschewing complicated curved lines and legs, while the color scheme continues to be dominated by traditional elements. The warm colors of the façade corridor and pavement, combined with the tranquil waterscape, create a sense of quality living in a residential area. The green functional space between residential apartments is equipped with seating areas, and the green space between residential buildings is matched with the needs of the site in sorting the home traffic line, and the local area is larger and used as a platform for resting between residential buildings. The site is surrounded by landscaping. The landscape design between the buildings is mainly focused on the multi-sensory design of the return to the home, one of them is the treatment of road turns to avoid the first sight and enhance the privacy of the home. Landscaping in the corner outside the road, at the end of the road and other arrangements of special sculptural vignettes, and landscaping of groups to form a quiet knot of space. The green space between buildings intelligently improves the small environment in the residential area, creates a calm and comfortable living environment, and enhances the sustainability of life in the residential complex.
