Project idea

the design of architecture college based on culture and architecture history of Iran with optimal usage of topography of area toward accessing the goal and accordingly exploiting from modern materials and architecture with the combination of Persian noble architecture knowledge to reach aesthetics and elemental goals.

Project description

this locality is going to be used as place to educate the original Persian architecture for the art-students of this field and therefore, Persian architecture sciences and modern architecture sciences are going to be thought at the same time; as a result, we will have graduates with the understanding of olden architecture and knowing the modern architecture entering to the society of universal architecture.

Technical information

the layout of the sites

south side:
location of experimental and theoretical classes. completely designed by Persian architecture.
south-east and south-west sections are car parks.

west side:
woman's dormitory building by the combination of modern and Persian original architecture.

east side:
buffet and men's dormitory building. alike west building.

north side:
chapel and cultural section containing green architecture, emanated from central Persian architecture thoughts in opinion of sight and way of air conditioning limitations.

central building:
maximum combination of original Persian and modern architecture with present-day's material is used in this building. architectural elements of this building is one of the strong points of this design.

general perspective of the site:
is retrieved from Persian-Islamic thoughts, which is noticeable from the design of pools. all the explanations concerned with this project is consigned to Payam Nour University as a thesis in Farsi with more than 200 pages; which is not possible for explaining all the subject related to the procedure of design.

supplementary explanations:
because of the expand of this project and having limitations in using computer hardwares, some of the details including trees are elided from the generality of design.
