Project idea

Původní záměr byl soukromé bydlení pro muže, proto jsem zvolila odstíny zelené, přírodní dřevo a pánskou pracovnu. Nakonec se v průběhu realizace změnila situace a byt byl na prodej.

The original intention was private housing for men, so I chose the shades of green, natural wood and men's office. Finally, the situation changed and the apartment was for sale.

Technical information

K dispozici jsem nejprve měla technický výkres z plánované rekonstrukce developerem a komunikace s klientem ohledně návrhu probíhala přes email.
Později byla možnost si interiér změřit, přesto po necelých 6 měsících byly nosné i nenosné zdi v jiných pozicích - a to kvůli přidané izolaci vzhledem k rohové pozici bytu.

I first had a technical drawing of the planned reconstruction by the developer and communication with the client about designing the place was done via email.
Later, it was possible to measure the interior, but after less than 6 months, the load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls were in other positions - due to added insulation due to the corner position of the apartment.
